No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. These Rules govern any recurring promotional prize draws we may run on JIGGY (each a "Draw").
Draws are sponsored and administered by JIGGY ("Sponsor").
Draws are open to registered JIGGY users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry and who reside in a jurisdiction where the Draw is lawful. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible. One account per person and per household; entries from duplicate accounts are void.
Winners are selected at random from all valid Tickets received during the applicable Draw period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid Tickets in the Draw. Each user may win a maximum of one prize per Draw regardless of the number of Tickets held.
The prizes for each Draw, including their number and approximate value, are displayed on the Service before the Draw closes. Winners are notified through their account and/or the contact details associated with it and may be required to complete identity and eligibility verification before a prize is delivered. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails verification, or does not claim a prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is available except at the Sponsor's discretion. Any taxes on prizes are the winner's responsibility.
The Sponsor may void Tickets, disqualify entrants, and withhold or reclaim prizes where it determines that Tickets were obtained through fraud, automation, bots, multiple accounts, VPN or proxy misuse, or other manipulation, or where the entrant has otherwise violated these Rules or the JIGGY Terms of Service. The Sponsor's decisions on eligibility, ticket validity, and winner selection are final.
The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end any Draw at any time — including its prizes, entry mechanics, timing, and eligibility — where required for legal, technical, or integrity reasons. Participation in past Draws creates no entitlement to future Draws.
By entering, you release the Sponsor and its partners from any claims arising out of participation in a Draw or the acceptance or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where a jurisdiction does not permit certain limitations, they apply to the maximum extent allowed.
