CCPA Notice

This notice is provided by JIGGY, supplements our Privacy Policy, and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA"). Terms used here have the meanings given in the CCPA.

1. Categories of personal information we collect

In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, from you directly, from your devices, and from our offer and payment partners:

2. How we use and disclose it

We use these categories for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy: operating the Service, crediting rewards, processing cashouts, verifying identity, preventing fraud, providing support, and complying with law. We disclose personal information for business purposes to service providers (hosting, analytics, anti-fraud, verification, payouts) and to offer partners for attribution.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16.

3. Retention

We keep each category only as long as needed for the purposes above — generally for the life of your account plus the period required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention records — as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your California rights

Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed;
Right to delete — request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions (such as records of completed payouts and fraud prevention);
Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
Right to opt out of sale/sharing — not applicable, as we do not sell or share personal information;
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we use sensitive information (such as ID documents) only for the purposes permitted by the CCPA, e.g. verification and security;
Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

5. How to exercise your rights

Submit a request by emailing privacy@jiggy.rip with the subject "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity (typically by matching information associated with your account) before responding, and respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we will require proof of the agent's authority and may still verify your identity directly.
