This Privacy Policy explains what information JIGGY ("JIGGY", "we", "us") collects when you use our website, wallet pass, and services (the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide. When you use JIGGY we may collect your email address, phone number, payout details (such as a PayPal address), and, where verification is required, identity information such as a government ID or proof of address.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service we automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP, referral source, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Offer and rewards data. We record which offers you start and complete, coins credited, redemptions requested, and related timestamps. Offer partners and tracking providers send us completion data so we can credit your balance.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to keep the Service working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, attribute offer completions, and prevent fraud. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may prevent offer tracking from working, which can prevent coins from being credited.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (for example, records of payouts), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Fraud-prevention records may be retained longer where permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; please protect any credentials associated with your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Residents of certain US states (including California) also have the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, the right to deletion and correction, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising their rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be highlighted on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
